Profile straightening and cutting machine MDC20-P-SP

Model MDC20-P-SP equipped with a roller straightener and a rotary straightener.

The rod cut-off machine MDC30-P-SP has a section capacity up to 25mm². A lot of shaped wire used in the filtration market are compatible with this machine. The straightening process is performed thanks to a vertical and horizontal roller straightener equipped with digital indicators. An additional rotary straightener for the round rod increases the versatility of the machine. The configuration change (static straightener vs rotary) is simply and quickly done. The numerically controlled shearing module between two cutting dies improves the cut quality.
