Hexagonal wire straightening and cutting machine MDC40-P-SP

This machine is equiped with a straightener by rollers for the hexagonal wire and rotary straightener for the round wires. The hexagons up to 10mm, in steel, stainless, copper, brass, are straighten and cut by the MDC40-P-SP. The roller feeder is numerically controlled. The straightening process is performed thanks to 3 straighteners 120° inclined and equipped with digital indicators or mechanical memories. In order to increase the versatility of this machine, a rotary straightener is installed before the roller straightener. The shearing module is designed to achieve high accurate cutting quality.
